– Nutmeg 2 tsp

– Salt – a pinch

– Grounded pepper 1 tsp

– Evaporated milk 70 ml

– Margarine 200gms

– Egg 1

– Onion 1 medium size

Pour flour into a mixing bowl, add you’re your nutmeg, sugar, grounded pepper, salt and mix together.

Cut butter into small chunk and add to the flour mixture. Mix and work it together.

Create a hole in the middle, pour in your egg and butter. Mix and knead together.

Place dough on the flat surface. Make it flat with a rolling pin.

Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut evenly into smaller sizes.

– Shredded coconut 30gm

– Coconut milk 5 tbs

– Evaporated Milk 7ml

– Coconut flavour 1tsp

Pour flour into a mixing bowl, add shredded coconut, sugar, nutmeg, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix together thoroughly.

Break in your butter into clumps and add into the mixture. Mix and work together until it becomes like bread crumbs.

Add your coconut milk, other milk, and coconut flavor into the mixture. Mix and work everything together.

Knead together for a while and allow it rest a bit.

Sprinkle little oil on the flat surface. Place dough on the surface and roll it out. Use a pizza or knife to cut into desired shapes.

Place the pot on the fire, pour oil into half space of the pot and allow it heat for a while.

Throw in a one piece of dough, once it sizzles and floats up, oil is ready. Reduce heat and start frying in batches. Stir continuously to prevent clusters.

Once it is separated. Stir at intervals. Once it is slightly brown, it is okay except if you want a deep brown type of it.

Remove from the pot and pour in a paper towel placed on a tray. Allow it cool off completely. Store in an air tight containers.
