– Chicken stock or beef stock (as you desire).

– Boiled liver (or beef, kidney) 1 cup

– Onions 2 big size

– Carrots 5 big

– Green beans 6 sticks

– Green pepper 2 big (if you want more colours, you can include red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper ad well)

– Rodo (scotch bonnet that is red pepper) 3 or 2 tsp grounded pepper

– Seasoning cube 2-3 (Knorr chicken cube is my preference)

– Curry powder

– Vegetable oil or any oil of your choice 1 cooking spoon

Wash all your ingredients properly.

Scrape and clean carrots properly.

Place on a flat surface or chopping board and chop into smaller cubes, place in a bowl and set aside.

Dice greens beans and wash thoroughly, place in a bowl and set aside.

Cut your red pepper into smaller pieces, place in a bowl and set aside

Cut your green pepper into smaller slices (remove white seeds). Place in a bowl and set aside.

Chop your liver into smaller cubes place in a bowl and set aside.

Pour the raw rice into a strainer and rinse thoroughly. Place in a bowl and set aside.

Place pot on fire,

Add chicken stock (add ordinary water to it if you desire).

Taste it and if not satisfied, you can add more seasoning and let it boil.

Once it is boiled, add rice into it and your seasoning cube.

Cover and allow it cook for about 10-15 minute.

Check to see if its firm (not hard or soft).

If the rice has absorbed all water, you can add a little hot water.

Cover the pot and allow it cook for 5 minutes.

Once done, set aside.

Place pan on fire, add your oil. Allow it heat up.

Add your onions, pepper and stir together.

Allow it cook for 3 minutes, add liver, leave to cook for 3 minutes.

Add carrots, green peas, green beans, seasoning cube, salt to taste.

Add your green onion, add your rice and stir to combine thoroughly.

Allow it simmer for 5 minutes.
